All meetings are open to the public. There is a period of 20 minutes before the formal closed meeting commences for reports from County and District Councillors and questions from members of the public.
Members of the public are invited to join our meeting which will be held in accordance with The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus)(Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings)(England and Wales) Regulations 2020.
The platform that the Parish Council will use is Zoom. If you would like to attend via remote access, please contact the Clerk by email at email@example.com or by calling 01892-740753 and an invitation will be sent to you. You will be able speak during the Open Session at the start of the meeting and then will be able to listen to the rest of the meeting. The meeting will be recorded.
