The Parish of Chiddingstone covers

Chiddingstone, Chiddingstone Causeway, Chiddingstone Hoath and Bough Beech.

Chiddingstone is described as being the most perfect surviving example of a Tudor village in the country. Much of the village is owned by The National Trust.

Chiddingstone Parish Council was profoundly sad to have learned of the death of Her Majesty the Queen, and on behalf of all members of the Parish we offer our sincerest condolences to her family. She served with selflessness, wisdom and integrity for seven decades, providing a genuine sense of stability for the whole country. For this we should all be hugely grateful. May she Rest In Peace.

We wish His Majesty the King a long and successful reign.
God save the King.

Jonathan Roper
Chair, Chiddingstone Parish Council
