Application SE/06/01226
Location Chequers Garage, Chequers Hill, Bough Beech
Description Demolition of outbuildings (commercial garage and workshop), erection of replacement B1 units and conversion of existing offices to dwelling.
Recommendation The new building would appear to be in keeping with surrounding area.
