Chiddingstone Parish Council Meetings
 
Full Parish Council meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month.  There is no full Parish Council meeting in August or December.  All meetings are open to the public.

Planning Committee meetings will also be held during the year – dates to be agreed.

 

Annual Parish Meeting 1 – This is a meeting of the electorate which must by law be held between 1st March and 1st June inclusive.

Annual Parish Council Meeting2 – This is the first meeting of the Parish Council year, when the Chairman and Vice Chairman are elected, the committees are approved and representatives to other bodies are agreed.

ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

There is a period of twenty minutes before the formal meeting commences for reports from County and District Councillors and questions from members of the public.
