You are required to attend the Chiddingstone Parish Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday 19th September 2007 in Bough Beech Village Hall at 8.00 pm.

There will be a period of ten minutes for questions from members of the public and a period of ten minutes for reports from County and District Councillors. The Parish Council meeting will commence no later than 8.20pm.

The AGENDA is as follows:-

  2. Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest in respect of matters to be discussed
  3. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 25th July 2007
  4. To report on Matters Arising from Parish Council Meeting held on 25th July 2007
  5. Planning
  1. To consider planning applications received
  2. List of planning decisions (attached)

    6.  To report on correspondence received (attached)
    7.  To consider participation in a Councillors’ training session with neighbouring parishes
    8.  To discuss the provision of a play area and additional car parking in Chiddingstone Causeway
    9.  To consider quote for maintenance of Closed Churchyard, including trees and repair to wall
   10. To discuss the repair of the War Memorial in St. Mary’s Closed Churchyard, Chiddingstone
   11. To agree the employment of the parish handyman at £10 per hour
   12. To consider purchase of hearing loop. Cost £705 + VAT
   13. Finance

    2. To approve insurance premium for bus shelter in Chiddingstone Causeway
