You are required to attend the Chiddingstone Parish Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday 17th October 2007 in Chiddingstone Village Hall at 8.00 pm.

There will be a period of ten minutes for questions from members of the public and a period of ten minutes for reports from County and District Councillors. The Parish Council meeting will commence no later than 8.20pm.

The AGENDA is as follows:-

  1. To accept Apologies for Absence
     
  2. Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest in respect of matters to be discussed
     
  3. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 19th September 2007
     
  4. To report on Matters Arising from Parish Council Meeting held on 19th September 2007
     
  5. Planning
  1. To consider planning applications received
  2. To discuss other planning matters
  3. List of planning decisions

   6.  To report on correspondence received (attached)

   7. To discuss car parking in Chiddingstone and the possibility of a car park in the village

  1. To discuss the provision of a play area and additional car parking in Chiddingstone Causeway
     
  2. To consider quotes for repair to wall and tree works at St. Mary’s Closed Churchyard, Chiddingstone
     
  3. To consider proposal for external lighting at St. Luke’s Church, Chiddingstone Causeway
     
  4. To agree the employment of the parish handyman at £10 per hour + mileage expenses
     
  5. To discuss the use of Chiddingstone tennis courts by non-members
     
  6. Finance
    1. To approve payment of cheques
    2. To approve payment of fee for Clerk attending Society of Local Council Clerks South-East Regional Conference in Uckfield on 14th November. Price £40 + VAT.
