You are required to attend the Chiddingstone Parish
Council Meeting to be held on
Wednesday 19th March 2008 in Chiddingstone
Causeway Village Hall at 8.00 pm.
There will be a period of ten minutes for questions from members of the
public and a period of ten minutes for reports from County and District
Councillors. The Parish Council meeting will commence at approximately
8.20pm.

- To accept Apologies for Absence
- Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest in respect of
matters to be discussed
- To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 20th
February 2008
- To report on Matters Arising from Parish Council Meeting held on 20th
February 2008
- Planning
- To consider planning applications received, including
- SE/08/00419/FUL – Hoath House, Chiddingstone Hoath – permanent change of
use of two rooms for wedding ceremonies and the temporary creation of a
marquee as required
- List of planning decisions
6. To report on correspondence received (attached)
7. To consider location of dog bins in the parish, and to approve associated
costs
8. To consider the possible provision of a car park in Chiddingstone
9. To discuss the provision of a play area and additional car parking in
Chiddingstone Causeway
10. To discuss the Chiddingstone parish photo gallery on
www.chiddingstone.org/gallery
11. Finance:
- To consider the process of allocation of grants, including the two
requests received:
- Chiddingstone School Cricket Club
- Edenbridge Voluntary Transport Service
- To approve payment of cheques
12. Items for reporting or inclusion in future agenda
The Parish Council is able to use the facility of a Hearing Loop if
requested in advance.
