You are required to attend the Chiddingstone Parish
Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday 18th June 2008 in
Chiddingstone Causeway Village Hall at 8.00 pm.
There will be a period of ten minutes for questions from
members of the public and a period of ten minutes for reports from County
and District Councillors. The Parish Council meeting will commence at
approximately 8.20pm. The AGENDA is as follows:-
- To accept Apologies for Absence
- To co-opt Penny Harris as the new member of Chiddingstone Parish
Council
- Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest in respect of
matters to be discussed
- To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 21st
May 2008
- To report on Matters Arising from Parish Council Meeting held on 21st
May 2008
- Planning (1) To consider planning applications received

9. To discuss the parish handyman initiative
- To discuss the possible provision of a car park in Chiddingstone
- To consider whether Parish Council meetings should continue to be held
in Bough Beech Village Hall
- To consider purchase and location of new noticeboard in Chiddingstone

- To approve payment of cheques
- To give retrospective approval for renewal of Parish Council
insurance policy
