You are required to attend the Chiddingstone Parish Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday 16^th January 2008 in Bough Beech Village Hall at 8.00 pm.

There will be a period of ten minutes for questions from members of the public and a period of ten minutes for reports from County and District Councillors. The Parish Council meeting will commence no later than 8.20pm.

2. Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest in respect of matters to be discussed
    
3. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 21^st November 2007
    
4. To report on Matters Arising from Parish Council Meeting held on 21^st November 2007
    
5. Planning

1. To consider planning applications received
2. List of planning decisions

   6.   To report on correspondence received (attached)

   7.  To approve list of meetings dates for 2008 (attached) and to consider format of the Annual Parish Meeting

   8.  To consider the Sevenoaks District Open Space Study

   9.  To consider the cost of a topographical survey in connection with the possible provision of a car park in
        Chiddingstone

  10. To discuss the provision of a play area and additional car parking in Chiddingstone Causeway

11. To consider the 2008 maintenance contract for St. Mary’s Closed Churchyard, Chiddingstone, and other areas in the parish

  12. Finance

1. To consider changing Parish Council bank accounts
2. To consider payment dates of Parish Precept from SDC
3. To approve payment of cheques

  13. Items for reporting or inclusion in future agenda
