You are required to attend the Chiddingstone Parish Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday 20^th February 2008 in Chiddingstone Village Hall at 8.00 pm.

There will be a period of ten minutes for questions from members of the public and a period of ten minutes for reports from County and District Councillors. The Parish Council meeting will commence no later than 8.20pm.

1. To consider planning applications received
2. List of planning decisions

1. To report on correspondence received (attached)
2. To consider the Sevenoaks District Open Space Study
3. To discuss the license application at Chiddingstone Castle

9. To consider the possible provision of a car park in Chiddingstone

10. To discuss the provision of a play area and additional car parking in Chiddingstone Causeway
11. To consider request by Chiddingstone Causeway Stoolball Club for regular mowing of the Village Green in Chiddingstone Causeway (attached)
12. To consider the 2008 maintenance contract for St. Mary’s Closed Churchyard, Chiddingstone, and other areas in the parish

13. Finance: To approve payment of cheques

14. Items for reporting or inclusion in future agenda

 

The Parish Council is able to use the facility of a Hearing Loop if requested in advance.
