You are required to attend the Chiddingstone Parish Council Meeting to be held on

Wednesday 16th April 2008 in Bough Beech Village Hall at 8.00 pm.

There will be a period of ten minutes for questions from members of the public and a period of ten minutes for reports from County and District Councillors. The Parish Council meeting will commence at approximately 8.20pm.

The AGENDA is as follows:-

  2. Declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest in respect of matters to be discussed
  3. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 19th March 2008
  4. To report on Matters Arising from Parish Council Meeting held on 19th March 2008
  5. Planning
  1. To consider planning applications received (attached)
  2. List of planning decisions

    6.  To report on correspondence received (attached)
    7.  To receive update on affordable housing development

    8. To consider the possible provision of a car park in Chiddingstone

  1. To discuss the provision of a play area and additional car parking in Chiddingstone Causeway
  2. Chiddingstone Causeway Sports Field
  1. To consider the maintenance of the sports field during summer months and associated expenditure
  2. To consider the loan application to KCC Member Community Grant Scheme
  3. To consider how the sports field will be maintained in future

   11. Finance:

    1. To consider subscription renewal to KAPC for 2007/08: £345.03 + VAT plus Local Council Review publication: £13.50, and Parish News publication: £15.00
    2. To consider subscription to Action with Communities in Rural Kent for 2007/08: £35.00
    3. To approve payment of cheques
